Nashoba Park, a new independent and assisted living community with 73 apartments, is a historic renovation of the former Ayer Community Hospital. We offer local seniors gracious accommodations, a full range of supportive services and many amenities - AFFORDABLY. Residents have their choice of
private studio and one-bedroom apartments and enjoy a variety of beautifully furnished community areas, including a lovely landscaped courtyard and patio. Nashoba Park was established by the non-profit Volunteers of America, the nation's largest provider of affordable housing for the elderly and disabled.

The Morningside Program, located in a secured wing within Standish Village, accommodates only 17 residents, creating an intimate nurturing environment.
